Scorched Earth / Radical Redemption pairs the striking realism of Beth Lyndon’s portraits of Native American figures with the bold abstraction of Tina Randolph’s paintings. This exhibition explores the complexity of identity, spirit, and connection to land through distinct yet complementary artistic voices.

Beth Lyndon’s series, Natives, represents the "Scorched Earth," capturing the enduring presence and dignity of Native peoples. Her detailed, expressive portraits—created through a unique technique of cut paper collage—add texture and dimension, honoring rich cultural traditions and deep ties to the land while acknowledging the historical weight carried by these communities.

Tina Randolph’s vibrant abstract works embody the "Radical Redemption," offering a celebration of energy, life, and renewal. Her use of strong color and dynamic form speaks to the ongoing vitality of the human spirit and the natural world, creating a vivid counterpoint to Lyndon’s realism.

This conversation expands with the addition of Rebecca Strabo’s serene yet sublime black and white monotypes of West Coast landscapes. Her works evoke a quiet, meditative power, capturing the profound stillness and mystery of the natural world in atmospheric tonal shifts and elemental forms.

Martino Hoss adds another dimension with his luminous chalk pastel on copper landscapes. Rich in vivid color yet imbued with tranquility, his pieces convey a deep reverence for place, offering viewers a sense of peace that coexists with emotional intensity and bold visual impact.
